Location: USA ( Remote)

The Employee Engagement Advisor plays a pivotal role in enhancing workplace morale, productivity, and overall job satisfaction. This position involves creating and implementing strategies to foster a positive work environment, improve employee retention, and promote a strong organizational culture. The specialist collaborates with various departments to develop initiatives that align with company values. This role also drives the strategy, planning, development, implementation and administration of the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a fair and inclusive work environment. 

What You'll be doing:

  • Works with senior leaders to establish a strategic plan and communicate global business practices in support of initiatives to develop a diverse talent pool and integrate diversity and inclusion into programs for hiring, retention, rewards, training, development, and engagement.
  • Working closely with Marketing, developing, executing, and evaluating internal HR communication plan to ensure the mission, vision, and core values, (Ethos) are communicated regularly and effectively.
  • Conduct surveys and assessments to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with HR, management, and cross-functional teams to implement targeted solutions based on feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to employee engagement and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in DEI and employee engagement.
  • Manage affirmative action and equal opportunity compliance programs; contribute to the visibility of the company’s diversity program through both employee communications and company branding.
  • Organize team-building events, workshops, and training sessions to enhance communication and collaboration.
  • Helping managers develop plans to improve employee engagement through one-on-one meetings with employees, focus groups, workshops, or other methods.
  • Create and align rewards and recognition programs with the new mission, vision, and core values (examples such as spot awards, engineering awards, X-factor awards, as well as employee recognition for tenure).
  • Promote existing and create new Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) globally.
  • Promote a global Wellness Plan with regularly scheduled activities and challenges begin able to bring about measurable results and promote work/life balance.
  • Manage the mentorship program to create meaningful experiences. 
  • Be involved in exit interviews with departing employees to gather information about why they are leaving the company and how to improve retention rates.

What we need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in employee engagement or a similar role (5-8 years).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement creative engagement strategies.
  • Proficient in using survey tools and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in employee engagement.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
