Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to senior leaders
Enhance organizational effectiveness and design
Develop people and culture strategies aligned with business goals
Implement talent processes and workforce planning
Advocate for the talent agenda and nurture a culture of diversity and inclusion
Provide direct operational support for senior leaders

Bachelor's degree

Benefits

Base salary $130,000-$155,000
