Responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate agreements and terms of services for commercial business operations
Advise on commercial activities and legal risk
Drive continuous growth of internal processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and laws
Develop and lead trainings for business partners
Create and update necessary forms and agreements
Serve as a business-forward legal partner
Engage as a practical and responsive legal advisor

Education

Bachelor’s Degree and JD
Admitted, active and in good standing with the New York State bar

Benefits

Base salary range of $175,000-$225,000 with discretionary bonus
