Job Title: Sourcing Analyst - Tactical Buyer

Location: Newtown Square, PA- 19073 (Hybrid Schedule - 2 to 3 days in office)

Duration: 3 Months (+possible extensions)

Pay Range: $32-$34.90/hr. on W2

Schedule:

Monday-Fri 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Duties:

· Under general supervision, the Sourcing Analyst will support the Family of Companies and its affiliates in managing the procure-to-pay process and supplier management surrounding the acquisition of goods and services.

· The Buyer/Analyst oversees tactical aspects of supplier relationships and services throughout the enterprise to achieve cost reduction/containment and operational efficiency objectives.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Sourcing team in areas of spend analytics, sourcing, negotiation, contract implementation, and compliance management.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Skills:

· Provide end to end sourcing and procurement functional support, including utilization of sourcing request intake and procure to pay systems.

· Facilitate the conversion of requisitions to purchase orders within source to pay system (Zycus), while ensuring compliance to policies pertaining to procurement expense approval and contract signature authority

· Facilitate contract approval, execution, and management process.

· Resolve transactional issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

· Implement standard agreements (e.g., NDA, BAA) required for sourcing engagements.

· Coordinate processing of enterprise supplier invoices managed by Sourcing.

· Administer supplier onboarding process.

· Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting Highly skilled in use of MS Access, Excel and PowerPoint, proficiency with other Microsoft applications, and strong overall systems aptitude.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Effective interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills including issue resolution, and timely delivery of sourcing and procurement related tasks.
