Product Head - GIG Rewards App

  • Define Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s overall mission and objectives.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Inspire, manage, and mentor the product team, while fostering collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
  • Own the Product Roadmap: Set clear priorities and timelines, ensuring the roadmap balances business goals, technical feasibility, and customer needs.
  • Customer & Market Focus: Deeply understand our users and market through research, feedback, and analytics to anticipate trends and customer needs.
  • Drive Execution & Delivery: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the voice of the product to the executive team, board, and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish KPIs, analyze product performance, and use data to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Innovation & Growth: Continuously identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and differentiation in the market.
  • Culture Leadership: Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer obsession across the product organization.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter with the ability to think and act like a CEO, taking ownership of product outcomes and driving business results.
  • Proven track record of 8+ years in product management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling products, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable product plans.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana) and data analytics platforms.
  • Solid technical understanding or experience working closely with engineering teams.
  • MBA or equivalent experience in leading high-performing teams and products is a plus.
