Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email
• Provide information about spa services, promotions, and membership options
• Assist clients with appointment scheduling and rescheduling
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly and efficient manner
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless flow of information

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or communications preferred
• Proven experience in customer service, ideally in the beauty or wellness industry

• Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
