Full-stack Developer (React/React Native/Node.js) - Croatia

We are looking for a Full-stack engineer (React.js/React Native/Node.js) for a client we’ve been collaborating with for some time. Your main responsibility will be contributing to the project, collaborating with an already established team from Space Inch’s side while also working closely with the client’s team as well. The client is a tech company in the hospitality industry, dealing with reservations and re-reservations in that space.

If you're a full-stack engineer with solid knowledge of React.js, React Native & Node.js, and have previously worked on production-level applications (especially if it’s in the hospitality industry) we’d love to talk!

About Working at Space Inch

• Our team is primarily based in Croatia (~45 people), with members in South America, Serbia, and the US. While focus is on working remotely, we do have an office in Zagreb for those who prefer a hybrid approach and are located nearby.
• Occasional travel may be required, including annual company retreats in Croatia.
• We work on a mix of end-to-end development and staff augmentation projects.

• 4+ years of experience as a full-stack developer (React.js, React Native & Node.js).

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like Redux or MobX.
• Experience with server-side frameworks like Express.js or NestJS, experience with gRPC.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust and scalable full-stack web applications using React and Node.js.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to define and implement user requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
