SpaceX is seeking a data-driven Business Analyst to support Starlink's adoption and growth worldwide. The ideal candidate is a self-starter passionate about building analytics from scratch and simplifying systems.

Responsibilities

Conduct data analyses to identify issues and opportunities impacting customers
Define and develop department-level metrics and dashboards
Integrate with all levels of the business to understand workflows and identify gaps
Develop automation to accelerate revenue and improve efficiencies
Own data integrity, tool maintenance, and reporting quality
Train users on dashboard and tool usage
Improve data capture for future Enterprise Sales use cases

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
