Customer Support Associate, Bilingual Portuguese (Starlink)

SpaceX is actively developing technologies to enable human life on Mars. Looking for problem solvers to triage and resolve customer issues for Starlink, providing exceptional customer service.

Skills

Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Technical aptitude in networking, hardware troubleshooting, software development
Fluency in Portuguese and English

Responsibilities

Triage and resolve customer issues across multiple channels (digital, voice, etc.)
Provide technical support to customers using hardware, software, and network expertise
Be an internal advocate for the customer within SpaceX
Collaborate with internal teams to create and improve troubleshooting workflows
Create and maintain an internal knowledge base and help center collateral

Education

High school diploma or equivalency certificate
