Engineering Specialist, PCBA (Starlink)

SpaceX is looking for a talented Engineering Specialist for the Starlink project to support manufacturing and test processes for a high-volume product. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

SMT and PCBA assembly experience
Problem-solving skills
3D CAD modeling
Statistical process control (SPC)
Manufacturing design experience

Responsibilities

Execute new product introduction builds across all work centers
Program, load, and operate automated equipment
Triage non-conforming products and drive resolution
Resolve production issues ensuring design integrity
Perform process development and validation
Ensure successful transition of products to volume production
Identify continuous improvement opportunities
Define maintenance schedules and support activities

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Engineering, math, or science degree preferred
