FIRE PROTECTION ENGINEER

SpaceX is looking for a Fire Protection Engineer to provide engineering design support and subject matter expertise related to fire protection and life safety systems.

Knowledge of Building & Fire Codes
Fire protection system design
NFPA Codes & Standards
Project leadership
AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit proficiency

Responsibilities

Support engineering design, analysis and specifications for fire safety systems
Develop code compliance documents for SpaceX facilities
Support facility construction teams
Conduct fire/life safety code reviews and analyses
Prepare and present technical reports

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Degree in fire protection engineering preferred
