Skills
Experience in analysis, manufacturing, or hardware development
Application of process controls in manufacturing
Knowledge of quality tools and Lean principles
Statistical Process Control (SPC) knowledge
Programming experience in Python and SQL
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for production non-conforming hardware
Work with cross-functional engineering teams to drive design updates in response to failures
Analyze data to identify manufacturing failure trends
Define reliability testing strategy to monitor manufacturing process health
Education
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, materials engineering, manufacturing engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, or another STEM related field
