SpaceX is seeking talented Hardware Reliability Specialists to support quality and reliability of the Starlink satellite production environment, ensuring high standards are met.

Responsibilities

Execute non-conformance management processes including MRB and quality audits
Analyze production defect data to drive root cause and corrective action
Build relationships with cross-functional groups to manage production defects
Develop process improvements and provide training to technicians
Monitor production metrics to maintain required production rates

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred
