PCB Process Operations Technician - Day Shift (Starlink)

SpaceX is seeking talented technicians to drive manufacturing output and yield for the Starlink satellite project, aimed at providing high-speed internet globally. The role involves process ownership and working closely with engineering teams.

Skills

Experience in hands-on technical position
Proficient in MS Office applications
Experience with printed circuit boards and microelectronics fabrication
Understanding of process parameters and engineering units
Ability to read and understand P&ID and schematic wiring diagrams
Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Execute startup and shutdown procedures for production equipment
Identify equipment and process deviations and perform corrective actions
Troubleshoot, maintain, and calibrate a variety of process equipment
Work with engineers and technicians to create operating procedures
Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment and instruments
Provide feedback on failure modes and support engineering to drive root cause
Train production personnel
Maintain inventory of consumables

Education

High school degree or equivalency certificate
Associate's degree in a STEM field (preferred)
