SMT Technician, Semiconductors (Starlink)
SpaceX is seeking an SMT Technician to support the manufacturing of microelectronic products for the Starlink satellite constellation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for solving complex problems.
Skills
- Microelectronics packaging experience
- Surface mount technology (SMT) knowledge
- Equipment operation in cleanroom
Responsibilities
- Manufacturing operations and processing of microelectronic products
- Operation of semiconductor and packaging equipment in cleanroom environment
- Product handling using best cleanroom practices
- Support production operations and standard operation procedures
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities for yield, performance, and cost
Education
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, math or science discipline preferred
