Sr. RF Hardware Engineer (Avionics) - job 1 of 2

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. RF Hardware Engineer to streamline the production of Avionics hardware and design new avionics as part of spacecraft system re-architectures.

Skills

Experience with electronic components.
Proficiency in RF simulation tools.
Strong programming skills in Matlab, LabVIEW, and Python.

Responsibilities

Design new hardware and redesign existing hardware.
Troubleshoot avionics hardware and resolve on-vehicle anomalies.
Modify electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Design and troubleshoot RF test setups.
Participate in manufacturing assessments of new RF designs.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is required.
Master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering is preferred.
