Antenna Engineer (Starlink & Direct to Cell)

SpaceX is actively developing advanced antenna systems for their Starlink and Direct to Cell projects. They are seeking a mid-level Antenna Engineer to join the team.

Skills

RF and antenna research/development experience
Experience with 3D EM simulation tools
Programming skills in Python, C#, C++, or MATLAB
Familiarity with RF concepts and circuit simulation tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up atmosphere
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Design advanced antenna and feed systems for next-gen products
Fabricate prototypes of antennas and RF front ends
Contribute to development and testing of digital beamforming systems
Provide expertise on phased array antennas
Analyze and improve RF performance data

Education

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
Master’s degree or PhD in electrical engineering (preferred)
