Responsibilities

Lead a team of recovery technicians dedicated to Dragon Recovery operations
Coordinate personnel and support for Dragon recovery and other operations
Recruit, hire, train, develop and evaluate technicians
Interact with other departments, vendors and external agencies
Assure regulatory compliance and personnel safety
Oversee maintenance of recovery and marine systems
Manage administrative responsibilities such as timecards and personnel qualifications

Education

High School diploma or equivalency certificate
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field (preferred)
