Technical Support Associate (Starlink) - job 1 of 3
SpaceX is looking for a Technical Support Associate to join their Starlink team. This role involves triaging and troubleshooting customer technical issues and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve customer issues across multiple channels.

- Create and maintain Knowledge Base & Help Center collateral.
- Test software and hardware configurations to solve customer issues.
