Test Software Engineer, Avionics

SpaceX is actively developing technologies to enable human life on Mars and is seeking a Test Software Engineer for avionics hardware products.

Skills

Experience with hardware development or electronics test engineering
Programming experience
Understanding of electrical schematics and electronics manufacturing
Experience with test equipment and measurement techniques

Responsibilities

Develop test solutions for in-house developed avionics hardware products
Write automation software in Python for test interactions
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and test lab teams for product improvements
Root-cause test failures and implement mitigations

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or physics
