IT Support Specialist

SPAN is looking for an IT Helpdesk person to support their growing team. They focus on enabling electrification for a sustainable future and need someone to manage IT tasks smoothly.

Skills

Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Organizational and time management skills.
Mac and Windows OS troubleshooting experience.
Network knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN).

Responsibilities

Manage IT helpdesk requests.
Document calls and resolutions.
Track devices in the Asset Management System.
Perform employee onboarding and offboarding.
Create and update internal documentation.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
