NPI Engineer

SPAN is on a mission to enable electrification for all. They are seeking a talented New Product Introduction Engineer to play a crucial role in developing and introducing new products in a fast-paced startup environment.

Skills

Proficiency in CAD software.
Strong background in new product launch environments.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products.
Help maintain and update Bill of Materials by owning new SKUs.
Ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability and assembly.
Responsible for documentation and release of assembly process instructions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams for smooth product launches.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
