As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you are the face of Spatial Labs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions, maintain store appearance, and support the store team in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Promote and sell products, helping customers find items and understand their features and benefits.
Assist in opening and closing procedures, manage cash register operations, and process transactions accurately.
Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and assist with inventory counts.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Follow company policies regarding dress code, phone usage, attendance, and customer interactions.
Work closely with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Reliable, punctual, and able to handle responsibility.
Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.
High school diploma or equivalent.
