The Sales Consultant is responsible for driving new sales, new member acquisition and improving brand loyalty.
Role Summary:

The base salary for this position is $75,000 per year. This role also includes an incentive compensation plan including uncapped monthly commission and accelerators which will contribute to your overall compensation. In addition, Spear offers a full range of perks and benefits highlighted below.
