Specialist - Marketing Communications

Elevate is hiring a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing and Sales Operations team. In this role, you will work closely with Elevate’s global sales and marketing teams and business leaders. The role is key to ensure the planning, management and execution of focused and effective marketing campaigns, newsletters and mailings. This is a high-visibility role involving regular collaboration and communication with Elevate’s sales and marketing leadership.

Specifically, you will

• 
  Own the end-to-end management of Marketo.
• Work with Marketing team and the sales representatives to plan, set up and execute campaigns and mailings through Marketo.
• As the administrator for Marketo, ensure that Marketo is available and execute the necessary technical and function administration tasks.
• Independently work on the coding required for setting up different campaigns and mailing lists.
• Ensuring that the necessary set-up and processes are in place for the integration between Marketo and SFDC and that the data flow between Marketo and SFDC is correctly set up and managed.
• Monitor the email performance for all emails and campaigns sent through Marketo and generate analytics reports to assess campaign efficiency.

Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 4-5 years’ experience working in a Marketing or Sales Operations team and collaborating with colleagues spread globally.
