Customer Care Representative

Spherion is working with an established company in Helena, MT to fill Customer Care positions within a call center taking inbound calls. On site only position.Responsibilities:Taking inbound calls, responding to inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.Gathers information, assesses customers needs and researches or resolves the inquiries.Goals to be met monthly, so production is a daily must.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Experience with data entry.Prior call center experience.Education:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:DependableGood communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to multi-task.Good computer skills including 10 key and typing must be able to type 40wpm.Willingness to learn.Good customer service and problem solving skills.Interested applicants go to spherion.com/apply and attach a detailed resume.
