We believe in the power of our people and are committed to providing a supportive environment where every team member can excel.As our new Entry-Level Payroll and Benefits Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in:● Payroll Administration: Assist with bi-weekly payroll, verify employee hours, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.● Benefits Administration: Support employee benefits enrollment, answer benefits-related questions, coordinate open enrollment periods, and ensure compliance with regulations.● Recordkeeping and Compliance: Keep employee records up-to-date in the HRIS, assist with compliance documentation, and stay informed about best practices.● General Support: Provide administrative help to the HR Manager, assist with onboarding and offboarding, and contribute to special projects.What We’re Looking For:● Education: Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field; or equivalent experience.● Experience: No prior experience required; internships or part-time work in HR, payroll, or benefits is a plus.● Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, basic understanding of payroll and benefits processes, and strong communication skills.
