We are seeking an innovative Chemical Technician to join our team at our new manufacturing facility. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in setting up our production facility, and ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe work environment. Key Responsibilities:
Set up, run, and maintain pilot and production equipment for various development projects leading to full-scale manufacturing
Independent completion of development lots
Conduct qualitative and quantitative tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
Collaborate with engineers and scientists to establish and improve manufacturing methods
Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions in the manufacturing development process and offer improvement suggestions
Maintain accurate records of test results, experiments, and analyses
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chemical Technician or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of manufacturing best practices, lab safety procedures, and relevant regulations
Proficiency in using common laboratory techniques and equipment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to think innovatively to solve unique challenges associated with fast-paced R&D projects.
Precision in diagnosing faults and executing repairs
Ability to start by Q4 2024
