We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and collaborative spirit to support innovative projects and maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a senior engineer and other small cross-functional engineering teams while independently driving projects to meet urgent timelines.
Design, develop, and test new products while improving existing designs.
Strong ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness in diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults in experimental setups, utilizing root cause analysis techniques.
Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, or maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems or processes to meet requirements.
Confer with engineers or other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, or provide technical information.
Collaborate with production teams at other sites to ensure smooth integration of new processes and technologies.
Monitor process performance metrics, conducting root cause analysis for any deviations.
Identify areas for process improvement through data analysis and implement solutions to reduce costs and waste.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' experience in maintenance or product engineering, preferably within an R&D or high-tech environment.
Proficiency in troubleshooting complex machinery and experience with preventive maintenance programs.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus meeting urgent timelines.
Ability to think innovatively to solve unique challenges associated with R&D projects.
Precision in diagnosing faults and executing repairs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience operating a forklift
Hands-on welding experience
Ability to start by Q4 2024
