Handle incoming and outgoing mail.

Schedule and welcome couriers.
Organize office refreshments.
Prepare workspaces for new hires.
Manage gifts tracking for team members.
Organize office events.
Oversee peripheral devices.

Education

Experience in office management is a plus.
