In this role as a Deal Operations Integration Associate, you will lead the end-to-end opportunity process for our cross-company transactions, while driving efficiency by improving our existing processes. You work well in a dynamic team and are a faster learner who works diligently, has a shown understanding of sales processes, and enjoys solving sophisticated business challenges. To be successful, you are comfortable communicating with purpose across multi-functional teams, explaining sophisticated concepts, and driving process improvements. Attention to detail while keeping in mind the bigger picture is important for success. This role will be 75% data entry into Salesforce.Required Skills:• 1-2 years of hands-on experience using Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) to support business users.• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience in an Operations function.• Comprehensive understanding and experience in Sales Operations (preferably in a software and/or SaaS (Software-As-A-Service) sales organization).• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite.• Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and timely delivery of work.• This is a sales operations support role with daily stand-up calls.• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.• Ability to prioritize multiple workstreams with management support.• You're comfortable with changing processes and recommend changes where appropriate.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – the ability to compose effective and accurate correspondence cross-functionally with a mix of internal and external parties.• Scheduling flexibility, as the need arises, during peak periods such as Month/Quarter/Year Ends, etc. We're looking for a candidate with critical thinking skills!• You can articulate and validate the accuracy of all documents required to process an order.This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $50.00/hour - $66.67/hour W-2 Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met).We value diversity at our company.
