Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
Assist with client contract administration processes
Support negotiations with vendors
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure contract compliance

Education

Bar membership in good standing in any US state
5+ years legal experience preferably in healthcare or health tech
