Data and Systems Associate, Customer Success Operations

Spring Health is looking for a Data and Systems Associate to play a crucial role in data analysis, reporting, Salesforce and Gainsight support, and Customer Success process improvement initiatives.

Skills

Experience with SFDC CRM and Gainsight platforms
Strong data and statistical analysis skills
Understanding of customer success principles and metrics
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

Create and deliver regular reports and dashboards related to Customer Success performance and pipeline health
Support key operational aspects of the Customer Success team related to data analysis and system administration
Assist in driving data hygiene and accuracy across tools
Manage ad-hoc projects pertaining to customer success strategy and operations

Education

Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance or similar field preferred
