Spring Health is looking for an experienced Director of Communications and PR to join their team. The role involves developing and implementing communication strategies to increase brand awareness and drive growth in the mental health industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive communications and PR strategy
Identify key messages and narratives to position Spring Health as a leader in the mental health industry
Foster relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers
Support GTM calendar and oversee creation of press releases
Lead and grow the communications/PR team

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field preferred
