EAP Management Consultant

Spring Health is looking for an experienced EAP Management Consultant to provide high-quality consultations regarding workplace concerns. The role involves enhancing employee wellbeing, coordinating critical incident responses, and providing management referral intakes.

Skills

LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist with minimum of 3 years experience
SAP qualified preferred
CEAP certification preferred
Supervisory experience and/or experience working with management and human resource professionals
Crisis management and SUD experience
Tech and computer savvy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Provide management consultation to enhance employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness
Coordinate critical incident response requests
Complete management referral intakes according to established guidelines
Provide follow-up to monitor employee compliance and feedback to supervisors
Assess for risk and manage member and organizational crises
Act as a subject matter expert on key customers and programs

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant field required
Master's degree preferred
