EAP Management Consultant

Spring Health is looking for an experienced EAP Management Consultant to provide high-quality consultations regarding workplace concerns. The role involves enhancing employee wellbeing, coordinating critical incident responses, and providing management referral intakes.

Skills

  • LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist with minimum of 3 years experience
  • SAP qualified preferred
  • CEAP certification preferred
  • Supervisory experience and/or experience working with management and human resource professionals
  • Crisis management and SUD experience
  • Tech and computer savvy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide management consultation to enhance employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness
  • Coordinate critical incident response requests
  • Complete management referral intakes according to established guidelines
  • Provide follow-up to monitor employee compliance and feedback to supervisors
  • Assess for risk and manage member and organizational crises
  • Act as a subject matter expert on key customers and programs

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field required
  • Master's degree preferred
