Global Care Navigator - Romania

Join Spring Health as a Global Care Navigator in Romania. We are seeking mental health professionals to assist members on their mental health care journey and ensure their satisfaction with the Spring Health experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Romanian
Ability to use multiple computer platforms simultaneously
Highly motivated with a focus on member satisfaction
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Interact and support patients via phone, chat, and email in English and Romanian
Coordinate care needs including platform sign up, tech issues, and scheduling appointments
Conduct clinical needs assessments and refer to appropriate care
Provide crisis support, consultation, and emotional assistance
Identify and resolve issues to ensure a smooth member experience
Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
Participate in meetings, training, and special projects

Education

Master's degree in a behavioral health field
Licensure or certification as a counselor, social worker, or psychotherapist
