Instructional Designer, Operations Enablement

Spring Health is a comprehensive mental health solution for employers and health plans. They are looking for an Instructional Designer to collaborate with the Operations Enablement team to design engaging digital content for training initiatives within Operations.

Skills

  • Experience using learning management systems
  • Familiarity with instructional design software and tools
  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

  • Proactive approach to learning and development initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling eLearning content for various teams within Operations
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to revise and maintain training content
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and contribute to designing communication materials
  • Analyze learner data and document findings in the Operations roadmap document
  • Explore new software, technology, and instructional design methodologies

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
