Spring Health is looking for a Manager of Deal Desk Operations to lead the Deal Desk function within the Revenue org, providing direct support & guidance to the Sales and Customer Success Teams.

Responsibilities

Lead Deal Desk Operations for existing & prospective customers
Drive the Deal Desk workflow process
Serve as a senior advisor to AEs and CSMs for deal economics
Develop and maintain deal planning tools
Establish operational cadence with the legal team
Partner with Product Marketing for changes in Pricing & Packaging structure

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
