Medical Affairs Program Manager, Clinical Outcomes

Spring Health, a mental health solution provider, is looking for a qualified Program Manager to join their Medical Affairs team. The role involves overseeing clinical safety and outcome improvement programs.

  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient management of clinical initiatives
  • Integrate new programs and track processes for impact on key KPIs
  • Maintain clinical safety policies in compliance with laws and regulations

Education

  • Experience in managing clinical programs, preferably in mental health or healthcare
  • 5+ years of cross-functional experience in a high-growth startup or healthcare systems
