Senior Director of Data Science, Customer Experience

Spring Health is looking for a Senior Director of Data Science to lead the data science vision and strategy for the Customer Experience team. The role involves developing data science roadmap, driving analytics strategy, leading and mentoring a team of data scientists, enhancing customer experience with predictive models, conducting analytical deep-dives, engaging directly with customers, and building unique data products.

Skills

  • Statistical programming language proficiency (Python/R)
  • Experience with modern data stack technologies (Looker-dbt-snowflake stack)
  • Over 12 years of data science experience
  • Experience managing and mentoring teams of data scientists
  • Data modeling, machine learning/Al, NLP, and unstructured data analytics proficiency
