Senior Operations Associate, New Ventures

Spring Health is looking for a Senior Operations Associate to drive operational efficiency and improve key performance metrics for their New Ventures programs.

Skills

2+ years of experience in consulting, program management, or operational execution
1+ year of experience in healthcare
Strong analytical and project management skills
Proficient in spreadsheets and data analysis tools
Experience with ZenDesk or similar systems

Responsibilities

Identifying and implementing operational process and workflow improvements
Becoming an expert on New Ventures programs and processes
Owning end-to-end billing process and ensuring compliance
Collaborating with cross-functional teams for program success
