Senior Product Designer, Stealth Venture (San Francisco or NYC)

Spring Health is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their new initiative in transforming mental healthcare. The role involves working on innovative early-stage products and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product design and quality.

Responsibilities

Integrate commercial intuition, clinical understanding, provider efficiency, patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance into the design process
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to innovate and execute company priorities
Carry out all steps of the design process from research to post-launch activities
Establish development processes for best-in-class product design and quality
Establish and track key performance indicators
Stay informed of industry trends and competitor products
Help everyone across the organization understand design decisions through documentation and guidance

Education

4-5 years of experience as a product designer at a software company
Experience in healthcare products preferred
Experience in early-stage startup environment
