UX Researcher
Spring Health is looking for a UX Researcher to join the Member Experience team. The ideal candidate will conduct research to inform the experience for people seeking mental healthcare, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive impactful insights.
Skills
- Qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies
- Excellent facilitation, persuasion, and presentation skills
- Experience in cross-functional product development teams
Responsibilities
- Design and implement research throughout the product lifecycle
- Collaborate with design, product, clinical, and commercial teams
- Evolve and communicate insights effectively
- Define the role of UX Research at Spring Health
Education
- Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in related field or equivalent industry experience
