The Role
We are looking for an Associate Technical Account Manager to work within our Customer Experience / Customer Success vertical. You will be part of a team that provides the first experience for customers on the Sprinto platform (while onboarding) and also implement any new products purchased by the customers.
You will work closely with the Product, Customer Success and Customer Support functions to ensure our customers are meeting their goals with Sprinto.
