We’re hiring for a Remote NCR Quality Specialist position. The schedule is part-time hours (around 20 hours a week) for a 6 month contract. If you have a passion for quality assurance and a sharp attention to detail, this NCR Quality Specialist role could be the perfect fit for you!
What to Expect:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote NCR Quality Specialist to join our team part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) for approximately 6 months. The selected candidates will collaborate with suppliers and maintain high-quality standards to ensure compliance and effective closure of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Review Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for compliance and accuracy.
- Communicate with suppliers to request necessary documentation for NCR closure.
- Conduct training sessions with vendors on proper submission formats and documentation standards.
- Identify, address, and close NCRs, ensuring that all actions are documented and tracked in the client system.
- Contribute to reporting and metrics by inputting issues identified and resolved into the client system.
- Collaborate with the client team for remote training and support.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, compliance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and client systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
