Along with our Director, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, our IDEA Council (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility) leads our effort to ensure IDEA is ingrained in all we do at Sun. We are intentional about our Talent Acquisition efforts and ensure we cast a wide net for the best talent. Education and Communication
