What we are looking for:

SQA is looking for the next Program Coordinator to support our current team of inspectors at a project taking place in Wichita, KS. This position will be expected on-site 2nd shift (2:00pm to 10:30pm)


We are looking for a competent Program Coordinator to undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks. You will help in planning and organizing programs and activities as well as carry out important operational duties. The goal will be to facilitate the effective management of programs according to the organization’s standards.


To be an excellent program coordinator, you must be organized and detail-oriented, comfortable working with diverse teams. If you have further skills in program development and human resources support, we’d like to meet you.



Responsibilities
  • Support planning and coordination of your assigned program and its activities.
  • Administrate workplace scheduling and time keeping.
  • Validate timecard submissions and submit for final approval.
  • Support Program Manager and local area leadership in ensuring implementation of policies and procedures
  • Maintaining budget and tracking expenditures/transactions
  • Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
  • Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
  • Keep updated records and create reports or proposals
  • Support growth and program development
  • Prepare paperwork and order material


Basic Requirements
  • Must meet ITAR requirements
  • Must be willing to undergo background check
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Must be willing to work all shifts, overtime, and/or weekends as needed.
  • 2+ years of experience in a production organization (aerospace, pharmaceutical, construction, etc.)


$24 - $27 an hour
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. 

To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
