About the Role

Our client is seeking a Lead Product Designer to join their founding team and shape the future of their AI-powered roleplay platform. As the first dedicated designer, you will work directly with customers, engineers, and founders to create next-generation interfaces and experiences that make complex AI interactions feel natural and intuitive.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to implementation.
Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and pain points.
Work with engineers and founders to bring designs to life.
Create and maintain design systems and assets in Figma.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Advocate for design best practices and user-centered thinking across the organization.
Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B SaaS.
Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI/UX design skills.
Interest in designing AI-powered interfaces and products.
Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Self-starter mentality with a passion for solving complex problems.
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong written and verbal English communication.
