About the role:

Your role would be to analyze consumer credit applications and leverage higher authority levels to make appropriate risk and profit adjusted decisions to drive excellent results.

Responsibilities:
What makes you an ideal candidate?

Your automotive industry experience is crucial to analyzing consumer credit reports, ensuring appropriate risk, pricing, and compliance while looking to capture finance contracts from GM Financial automotive dealers

Develop and strengthen internal relationships within the center and overall organization contributing to our one team approach

Multitasking is a must as you will be responsible for managing your assigned territory, while assisting fellow team members as the need arises to ensure world class service levels

Collaborate with your sales counterparts both in joint dealer visits and performing telemarketing calls to reach shared objectives.

Draw on your strong work ethic and attention to detail to ensure all necessary documentation is in place as to maintain compliance with applicable policies and procedures

Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Effective oral and written communication and the ability to leverage technology are vital as you assist our performance leaders with peer coaching and development
Qualifications:
Experience
-
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred

2-3 years of relevant automotive indirect experience preferred

Compensation: Competitive pay and bonus eligibility

Salary: The range for this role is: USD $22.55 to $41.68 per hour. At GM Financial, we strive for transparency in all aspects of our business, including pay equity. This is the GM Financial pay range for this role and job level. The exact salary and compensation will vary based on factors like knowledge, skills, experience, and education. This role is eligible to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. Full time employees are eligible to participate in health benefits on day one of employment.
