Sr CyberSecurity Consulting Manager

The Role
The Sr CyberSecurity Consulting Manager would provide leadership and industry subject matter expertise to support cybersecurity best practices related to critical infrastructure and operational technology (OT) software systems used in the electricity, gas, & water utility industry.
Your Impact
- Liaison with customer security teams and internal senior leadership to advise on secure industry policies & procedures (e.g. ISO-27001/IEC-62443) used to protect to sensitive customer data related to critical infrastructure systems.
- Provide security guidance to internal professional services employees regarding security procedures to protect sensitive utility customer data in alignment with established corporate security policies.
- Develop and enhance security policies and procedures for the onboarding of contractors supporting professional services for utility customers.
- Work closely with members of the corporate Cybersecurity leadership team to enhance cyber security posture and existing ISO-27001 policies/procedures supporting professional services for utility customers & projects, and protection against related external threats.
- Partner with industry organizations & government agencies to identify pending regulatory changes affecting protection of critical infrastructure systems and the global supply chain.
- Lead monthly security meetings of senior leadership stakeholders supporting professional services for utility customers.
- Stay current on industry information security topics, concerns, threats, mitigations, etc. related to critical infrastructure.
- Work closely with internal leadership in Corporate Cybersecurity & Product Security to ensure that industry best practices are followed.
- Provide OT system security architecture consultation & support for internal project teams, contractors, and customers.
- Provide customer presentations, support & responses for utility proposal requirements related to system delivery & professional services.
- Support the review of customer contract language & security questionnaires related to professional services security requirements.
- Establish and maintain key relationships within the industry community to ensure the effectiveness of organizational security policies, procedures and system architecture align with industry expectations for current and future technologies.
